THE IMPACT OF ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS

Thank you for such an inspiring movie and helping us share with the younger generation what the older ones went through...

VOLUNTEERING!
After watching the film, volunteers and community members from the Western PA Bleeding Disorders Chapter swiftly assembled over 500 period packs in less than 20 minutes. These packs were then distributed to school nurses across Pennsylvania to raise awareness about bleeding disorders affecting individuals who menstruate.

ADVOCACY!
The film inspired Dexter, a young member of the bleeding disorders community, to attend an advocacy event in Washington, D.C. During his time there, he shared his personal story of living with hemophilia and emphasized the critical need for proper research and healthcare access for those affected by bleeding disorders.

Grateful for those that fought and advocated for the younger generation with bleeding disorders… I watched it with my son. So lovingly made and thoughtful. Thank you for preserving our history. Lest we forget.
